FTP Download

I've created a simple ftp task that consists of:1. FTP Log On - works2. FTP Change Folder - disabled currently3. FTP File Loop : By files, remote folder = logs/*.gz, assign file name to {LOGFILE}, without full path checked 4. FTP download : Remote File: {LOGFILE}5. End Loop6. FTP Log OffThe problem is that on step 3, I get this error:W: 5/17/2011 2:03:55 PM: FtpFindFirstFile fails with message: (12002) The operation timed out<CR><LF>I can verify that a file exists in the logs folder with the .gz suffix. What am I missing?Thanks,
