Can’t exchange keys

I'm using Client/server Robotask.
But sometime I have "Can't exchange keys" so I need to stop
& restart Robotask Service.

An other pb is after I'not using RT client for a while, the
connexion seams to be lost and I need to stop Robotask
client from "Task Manager".

Send system log of RoboTask-client and server to me, please (to oleg(at)robotask.com).

Why so complicated?
You may simply reconnect to remote RoboTask.

No RT client is freezed and I can't do anything.
So I need to "kill" it

(Client on XP and Server NT Service on Win2008 R2)

I'm having this issue now as well after updating to the latest release. Similar setup - client/server robotask. Everytime I try to remote connect to the robotask server, I get this "cant exchange keys" error. Any help? I've tried restarting the service multiple times, rebooting, reinstalling the service but nothing has worked yet.

Actually may have found the problem, the service was starting twice somehow. Trying to repair that and retest

Yep, somehow the service was installed twice. I manually removed all of them then reinstalled and it is working now.
