Convert an .xls file to .csv

How can I monitor a folder and convert arriving .xls files to .csv.

I think that you can do this by using Excel actions, if your documents have a similar structure.
If you will give me an example of your document I can writ a small example for you.

I think that you want to save only one table of data from Excel document. Pay attention that document can contain many pages and various information.
