Random Database Connection Issues

We are currently running RoboTask 6.2.0.859

At what appears to be random moments a SQL task fails with a connection issue.

The server we are connected too is used by dozens of different types of apps and services and only RoboTask has this random failure.

So what we did is we added a little app to the machine that connects to the database and inserts the same record RoboTask would every 5 seconds. Haven't had a single failure from the little app but 4 from RoboTask in the same period of time.

Other robotask jobs and tasks connect fine. Just one step randomly fails. Any ideas?

What error messages do you see in the log of the task?
