Does Robotask service create that files?

I've noticed new processes in taskmanager.

Every time I remove that files, robotask seems to restore them.

The files are (32 bit):

c:\Windows\system\spoolsv.exe
c:\Windows\system\explorer.exe
c:\Windows\system\svchost.exe
c:\Windows\system\cmsys.cmn

Are they linked to the RoboTask service?

These files are system files of Windows.
