only want a single line

Please help me I find this very frustrating , i have read the online help and this should work
all i want to do is get a variable from a line of text, why is it so hard?

Look at my example, it works
You have to specify variable only without braces in 1-st step

The task example. Save the text of the task to a file and use menu Task->Import to import the task into RoboTask.
Do not forget to enable the task after importing.
