This problem relates to the "If Then" action:
When the radio button labelled "As Boolean" is selected as the "Compare Values As..." value the Case Sensitive checkbox and the Second Operand text box are disabled.
This action makes sense, but when the 'If Value Is..." drop-down box is changed from True to False or back to True the Case Sensitive checkbox and Second Operand text box are re-enabled.
These two objects should remain disabled while the radio button "As Boolean" is selected.
