Error occurred: Incorrect authentication data

Hello,
I have been trying to automate an email to go out, but I am failing at the authentication of data. I am SURE my credentials are correct.
The email server is a simple one that comes with my hosted plan.
I have entered in the message details and the SMTP server details but still get this error.
I am using port 587
SSL/TLS mode none
Authentication required, tick with my correct details

These details are the same as I use to send email on my phone and on my PC.

I have tried using gmail as the server and this works (though Google doesn't like it very much and you have to allow less secure apps.

Any ideas?
