Copy files or extract without modifying file creation date?

Hello everyone of this wonderful software. What command do I use when copying or extracting files, not changing the creation date? Thanks for the help.

RoboTask uses system routine to copy files. It does not change last write time.
But it change creation time. It's logical. When you copy the file you create new file with same content.
