i try to synchronization my ftp site, but i can't download it and the error message display like this:
E: 8/29/2008 8:39:09 AM: FtpFindFirstFile fails with message: The operation timed out<CR><LF>
E: 8/29/2008 8:39:09 AM: FtpSetCurrentDirectory('/meoi.us/www') fails with message: 426 Data connection closed, transfer aborted.<CR><LF>

And then i try another way, i use ftp download to try download a file trong site, and the error display:E: 8/29/2008 8:36:08 AM: FtpGetFile fails with message: The operation timed out<CR><LF>
E: 8/29/2008 8:36:08 AM: An error occured. Step #2 (FTP Download).
E: 8/29/2008 8:36:08 AM: Task execution is aborted

but i use another tool such as total commander or window explorer, i can do that, so can you tell me what the problem is?

We have tested FTP actions on Windows and Linux FTP. We can't simulate your troubles. It's working. Sorry I can't determine the problem without simulation of your situation.

Maybe there are some specific settings of your FTP server.

Maybe, this happened when you try to do some operations with files, which are opened (or locked) by some server process. If FTP server can't access to them during some timeout, it generates timeout error.

We'll try to simulate this situation.

Did someone manage to find a fix for this? I am experiencing the same problem with 3.3 on Server 2008 64 bit.
